Hey all, another training blog post! Training has been going well recently. I’ve been making some breakthroughs technically. I finally have a consistent back of the circle, which I have been working on perfecting for a couple of years now. It’s been a struggle, but one that I know will pay off.
Going into the season I am looking to start getting some consistency back. For the last couple of years I haven’t worried about it too much because my goal is to throw far enough to be the best, not just throw well for me. With that said, I had to sacrifice some results for a while. One thing I have changed in my training is my workouts. They haven’t been any longer, but I am trying to build my strength back up now that my technique is looking better. I will be opening up down at Arizona State. For that, I’ll be looking to minimize the changes I make from here on out for the season. I am aiming to stick with smaller adjustments rather than overhauling my throw.
