New U20 Indoor Shot Put World Record

Konrad Bukowiecki has done it again.

Last year Konrad threw 22.62m with the 6kg shot put and also 20.68m with the 7.26kg to cement his place in the senior ranks.

Less than 2 weeks into the new year he has already shown he is ready for the upcoming season.

In a meet in Torun, Poland, Bukowiecki established a new Under 20 Indoor Shot Put World Record.

With a throw of 22.48m, he increased the record by 10cm which he previously threw on 24th of January 2015.

With the Indoor World Championships approaching, it will be interesting to see what he can throw against athletes such as Joe Kovacs, David Storl and Tom Walsh.
