Hello all the throwers at Throwers Unite!

January has come to an end, and it has been my heaviest and toughest month so far this indoor season. I have been doing heavy lifting and a lot of volume in my throwing, I aslo started to do alot of sprints, jumps and backwards throwing with the shot.

 February has come now and so have the indoor competion season, but I opened my season right after I wrote my first blog, and I threw a new National U20 Record and a new Nordic U20 Indoor Record! So with this throw I managed to throw over the qualifying standard to the World Juniors in Bydgoszcz, Poland this summer!!

Next weekend I will have my first competition with the 7.26kg shot and I am very excited to see what i can do with it!

Other than that, this month will consist of a lot of throwing with technique focus so that my technique and power will peak for the Norwegian and Danish U20 Championships in the end of this month.
