The Big Shot Meet in Christchurch, New Zealand was contested today.
Highlights include Jacko Gill and Damien Birkinhead both throwing huge personal bests.
Jacko won the meet with a personal best and olympic qualifying throw of 20.83m.
Damien Birkinhead finished in second place with a huge PR throw and olympic qualifying distance of 20.80m.

Unfortunately Tom Walsh was absent from the meet due to a hip Injury sustained at training on Sunday.
Who knows what might have happened if all 3 giants were throwing!
The throwers down under are certainly showing the world they have what it takes.
